Hailing from the backwoods of WV, Arlis is a retired Sheriff that was injured in the line of duty. Arlis has played music in the Warren Ohio area for many years. He has a Bluegrass upbringing, and everyone that meets him sees him as a true southern gentleman.
Arlis has sung on the Grand Olé Opry stage in Nashville TN, and now the proud lead singer and front man of the The Southern Outlaws Band that is truly a big family.
